It helps to improve hospital surge capacity and provides the needed equipment to agencies tasked with field medical hospital activation. The Westcart 8 Storage Cart has four all terrain casters so there is zero deflation concerns. Two of the enhanced casters are equipped with high quality brakes to assure operation safety.
