Hospital Aids Ski Evacuation Sheet
The Ski Evacuation Sheet allows non-ambulatory patients to be evacuated safely and securely cocooned within their mattress. The Ski Evacuation Sheet remains in place at all times under a patient’s mattress, and is therefore instantly accessible. When needed, users simply remove the straps from their storage pockets and secure over the patient. The patient, once enveloped in their mattress, is then slid off the bed and taken to safety using the head/foot end handles.
